Abstract

Resumen: El proyecto pretende tejer el territorio por medio de un equipamiento, generando espacios e infraestructuras con actividades de impacto social para la rehabilitación del sector, generando un centro para el adulto mayor, en donde la arquitectura contemporánea puede ser un elemento capaz de mantener vivió el pasado, resaltando la conjugación morfológica entre lo que se va a proponer y el contexto existente, destacando su identidad respectiva que viene desde el análisis de ciudad, en donde se define una estructura ortogonal, en su trama urbana, generando un tejido urbano diferenciándose en llenos y vacíos. \ Abstract: The project intends to weave the territory by means of an equipment, generating spaces and infrastructures with activities of social impact for the rehabilitation of the sector, generating a center for the elderly, where contemporary architecture can be an element capable of keeping lived the past , highlighting the morphological conjugation between what is going to be proposed and the existing context, highlighting its respective identity that comes from the analysis of the city, where an orthogonal structure is defined, in its urban plot, generating an urban fabric differentiating itself in full and empty
