Women, who offer sexual activities for payment, have historically been victims of legal and social discrimination by both The State and society itself; this situation has resulted in the systematic violation of their fundamental rights. Particularly, the infringement of the following: work and health, among other rights. Nevertheless, there is no official regulation today aiming for the protection of these fundamental rights, which supposes a legal problem and directly permeates society. In this sense, this thesis pretends to attend to the lack of juridical base by formulating a regulation proposal –which in fact, can defend and protect the fundamental rights of this particular social group mentioned above. This proposal will follow the Colombian Constitutional Court guidelines between 2010 and 2017
