| dc.description.abstract | The main purpose of this work is to analyze the variables that determine the demand for social housing in Colombia and what effects they have on economic growth -- Multiple regression is performed to estimate the demand function through OLS; the results show that these variables are significant to explain the demand for social housing, the effects of these variables on economic growth are analyzed and descriptively -- The excess of demand is analyzed through the housing deficit calculated through the quality of life’s poll to study their impacts | |
