dc.description.abstract | This work seeks to make a proposal for a knowledge management model for an information technology company, which contributes to the development of dynamic capabilities as a platform for achieving business sustainability.
In order to understand the scope of knowledge management in dynamic organizational capacities, an exploratory and descriptive qualitative case study was carried out to identify those elements of knowledge management that contribute to the development of dynamic capacities in a technology company. of information.
It is expected to know the relationship between knowledge management and the development of dynamic organizational capacities and how it affects the generation of competitive advantages and the sustainability of an information technology company.
The study provides an exploration of some of the existing knowledge management models in the literature and the possible organizational dynamic capabilities to develop in an information technology company. From this, a model with knowledge management activities is suggested such as: identification of critical knowledge of the company, definition of knowledge transfer strategies, generation of impact indicators, which can be implemented in an information technology company for the development of dynamic organizational capacities such as: capacity for integration, learning, organizational structure, institutional, in decision-making, which in turn change and generate different competitive advantages over time, allowing to be a sustainable company . | |
