This project starts with the idea that knowledge can be created only by people and organizations cannot create knowledge by themselves, nevertheless organizations supports people in contexts where they create knowledge, therefore tacit or explicit knowledge has to be accessible for everyone, through mechanisms such as dialogue, discussion, observation, among others, making it part of the organization knowledge -- The SECI model proposed by Nonaka and Takeuchi (1995) offers a clear structure of the process of knowledge creation, from a business management perspective for create new knowledge, disseminate it throughout the organization and incorporate it into the products, services and systems -- This degree project aims to analyze how to develop the combination operation following the SECI model, through understanding, identification and description of four techniques that can be applied in the real context for the conversion of explicit knowledge to more explicit
