dc.description.abstractThis study, based on the organizational design approach covered by the Jay Galbraith and Amy Kates (2007) star model, developed in detail three of the five key decisions with which it is considered possible to adequately address the research problem and which are: the strategy (determination of the design framework), the structure (design) and the processes and lateral capacities (connections), with which the needs for change in the organizational structure of the company were addressed holistically. the foundation by evaluating and restructuring the strategy (mission, vision, values and definition of success indicators) as a central piece of organizational design; The place where power and formal authorities are housed was also identified to define the roles and responsibilities that allow people from each level of the organization to be grouped into an organizational figure (organizational chart); In the end, the integrating roles were detected and established through which the different functional or operational units must be interconnected, which, according to the new design, must structure and departmentalize the foundation.
