dc.description.abstractThe value proposition analyzed by this feasible study, seeks to solve the challenge for people to have more free time in their personal development. The generational change in companies and the way the develop, around the world, the new ways of job compensations and the systems needs to obtain and retain the human talents, boost various options to reward employees, searching for improvements in their quality of life, benefiting their employers with a higher performance and increasing both productivity and innovation. This document studies and analyses the feasibility to create within a company an offering to provide a service focused on managing emotional wage, through a digital platform, throughout which the leaders dare and challenge their employees in order to reward them with free time. For the present study, an analysis is also done for the feasibility from diferente perspectives including the economic sector, marketing, business model, technical, administrative, legal, financial and budgetary. The integration of each one of these studies, coming from different branches of administration, allows us to obtain value and useful judgement to take a decision to start the project or not.
