La Violencia intrafamiliar una forma cualificada de la violencia de género

Abstract

In the present work a normative, jurisprudential and doctrinal analysis of the crime of domestic violence is carried out, and its gradual shift towards the crime of gender, propitiated without doubt by international instruments of protection of human right of the Woman, seeking to cleanse the historical debt of a macho and patriarchal society as the Colombian. The argument revolves around determining whether this regulatory protection, reiterated by recent legislative reforms, limits man's visibility as a victim of domestic violence and places it in a systemic unprotective scenario generated this time by the State and its institutions.
