Abstract
This research work develops an analysis of agile leadership in the different lines of business of service organizations and seeks to make an orientation toward the leadership of the work teams by implementing agile methodologies used in the development of the new information technologies (IT), seeking to promote the improvement of efficient management strategies that support the delivery of value in the short term -- In addition, as a relevant aspect, it seeks to propose advances in the direction of work teams, in order to lead them to success -- Initially a state of the art is made to know the styles of leadership, their relevant characteristics and how these, nowadays, generate a high value in the business world -- It is also intended to determine the influence that, with the use of agile methodologies, could achieve leadership in all areas of an organization through the practices and principles of this method as a factor of success in the development of projects -- In this way, we seek to improve the performance of work teams in an organization by strengthening indispensable qualities in team leadership: communication, trust, respect, continuous delivery and achievement of results in short times -- With the above, it is intended to facilitate compliance with business objectives by implementing an agile leadership model for the development of skills and competencies that strengthen work teams through knowledge of these methods, through motivators that allow compliance with this purpose that, applied in the right way, guarantees professional and agile solutions to an organization in general
