The decision-making processes can be analyzed as an objective that is carried out in the work meetings, in which the different participants, from their experiences and knowledge, make interventions in order to guide the course of the same in search of the achievement of the stated objective -- In this final graduation project the analysis of a meeting held in the EPM Group is carried out using the theory of boundary games -- The theory of boundary games is a model that allows a detailed analysis of the behavior of participants through the clear identification of their intentions during the development of a meeting -- The use of this theory offers a broader understanding of the interactions that take place to make decisions
