Abstract

Exports in Colombian PYMES companies reflect some shortcomings in administrative decisionmaking and one of them is the timing of export logistics, since there are drawbacks in delivery times and customers abroad develop logistics operations to receive these exports in the times set by the entrepreneur MiPyme, which has based its lead times on information delivered by executives who do not have practical tools to determine them and are based on the record of what happened. Logistic decisions are made based on delivery times and must be founded and based on operations that are subject to control by the company and must be budgeted to set the international buyer delivery times adjusted to the export process, but these times must be budgeted and set step by step by the employer, so once the negotiation has started, delivery times are not the obstacle in the sale.
