dc.description.abstractThe audiovisual sector has been developing as societies become aware of the importance of building a historical memory, through the creation of artistic products, fundamental for reflection as a society. In Medellín, local cinema policies have been strengthened, which raises the main problem of the lack of capital for projects that are not necessarily productive. This article explores and analyzes the companies of the audiovisual sector, with producers and directors of the city to identify good practices in the management of audiovisual projects, to then performs a comparative analysis, in which, contrasting different methods and tools used for the project management, the methodologies with the highest performance in the audiovisual sector and their similarities with other surrounding industries are identified, in order to contribute to its growth.
