dc.description.abstractThis degree project presents the application of Design Thinking methodology and Empathy Map with social emphasis as a pedagogical strategy in the analysis of classroom integrating projects of the Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo, in order to expose the importance of methodologies used in design thinking, applied to other areas of knowledge such as engineering. The course in design projects under agile methodologies allowed to analyze this pedagogical strategy with a case study with a qualitative approach to the academic exercise, towards the integration of the different areas of knowledge, providing a solution to the fulfillment of the degree requirement in the practice modality of academic programs, problems generated by Covid-19. Additionally, solutions to social problems were proposed with technological proposals that were analyzed and structured in a specific context, applying design methodologies in this case study. Finally, an argument is presented about the importance of collaborative and interdisciplinary work oriented to social projects using technological tools from different areas of knowledge to solve problems in our society.
