Estudio de factibilidad para el proyecto inmobiliario “La Riviére” en la ciudad de Medellín

Abstract

The feasibility study is considered a fundamental tool for decision-making in an investment project -- The present investigation is developed because the company Valores SIMESA S.A. -- Current promoter of the partial plan "La Gran Manzana" located in Ciudad del Río sector in Medellin, made an offer and invitation to leading construction companies in the city to participate through real estate proposals in the negotiation and purchase of land for the development of a real estate project, which was awarded to the company Coninsa Ramón HSA by overcoming the evaluation criteria with the project called "La Rivière" -- In this sense, the present work of degree contains the preparation of pre-investment studies and risk analysis for the aforementioned project in the city of Medellin -- With the evaluation of the project, the company Coninsa Ramón H. S.A., will determine the modification to the scope, sale, postponement, execution or abortion of the project, according to the results and the expectations or strategic objectives of the organization
