dc.description.abstractThe present work breaks down the step by step of the investigation carried out to establish the export plan of Inversiones Promatex SAS. This contains a study developed in four phases: 1. An internationalization diagnosis to demonstrate the need and capacity of Inversiones Promatex SAS to export. 2. A pre-selection of markets, seeking the most appropriate and strategic for Inversiones Promatex SAS under current conditions. 3. An analysis of the product in the target market, which will ratify that the product offered by Inversiones Promatex SAS has advantages over the competition and benefits for the proposed market. 4. The design of strategies and an action plan, which are recommended to be carried out to obtain positive results in the target market. The development of the four phases was carried out jointly between Inversiones Promatex S.A.S. and the EAFIT University.
