Resumen
This report gives an account of the findings and results of the research that aims to answer the question regarding the training needs of teachers for the development of new technologies in the teaching-learning processes of the Primary Schools of the Municipality Envigado. The research was conducted with a qualitative cut based on the structure of the phenomenological hermeneutical approach and showed, among other results, that these are now a tool that should mainstream the educational process in schools, demonstrating the need for Teachers are in a permanent training process that allows them to acquire or strengthen their knowledge regarding ICT, so that they can develop their practice in the classroom at the forefront of global demands and that aim to improve the quality of education. In the development of the research, the time and schedules to address the interviews with the participants were limited and, with some interviewees, the lack of information that was considered of importance for the study was identified.
