Abstract

Currently, Autotécnica Colombiana S.A.S., locally known as Auteco, is a leading company in the commercialization of motorcycles in Colombia, which provides the service of validation of motorcycles in route to the R & D Department of the Austrian manufacturer KTM GROUP, owner of two brands of motorcycles: KTM Motorcycles and Husqvarna Motorcycles -- The provision of the service is currently developed by the product engineering team, R & D Department of Auteco, which makes use of its installed capacity and its experience, taking the advance of the geographical, road and environmental conditions, to carry out the validation process of motorcycles in route -- This project consists of carrying out the feasibility analysis through the UNIDO methodology, for the pre-investment phase, seeking to identify the feasibility of setting up a company to provide the validation service for the R & D Department of KTM GROUP, seeking to develop the activity according to the needs of the client through structuring and conception based on the specific needs of the specific client
