Organizations are constantly looking to improve productivity and efficiency levels within their processes, but in order to achieve this goal, it is key to keep high motivation among employees. One of the new strategies implemented by managers today who seek to improve quality of life and, at the same time, achieve optimal results with their employees, is Emotional Compensation. Theoretically, it means achieving employee happiness and satisfaction through benefits that can be intrinsic and extrinsic. As a result, organizations achieve more committed and more conscientious individuals. That is, it is also possible to align the personal, professional and family objectives of the employees with those of the organization. The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of Emotional Compensation on work motivation at the Private Committee for Childhood Assistance Corporation (Corporación Comité Privado de Asistencia a la Niñez) - PAN, from the employees’ perception of the organization, in order to submit a proposal for Emotional Compensation that allows the organization to reduce absenteeism, staff turnover and foster employees awareness and care for PAN. In order to face changes the organization have been passing through, it is key to count on committed and productive employees who contribute to the organizational objectives.
