dc.description.abstractBased on a specific case that has been identified in Antioquia, this research builds and analyzes the strategic risks of a private company in the retail area. Methodologically speaking, this work has a qualitative approach and proposes the collection of information through a documentary review in records of the organization (physical and digital), including semi-structured interviews aimed at the company manager and the administrator. For coding information, risk matrices are carried out based on information provided by the interviews. In terms of results, the research made it possible to conduct a review of both internal and external contextual factors, strategic risks and control management that be implemented to the organization in order to fulfill the strategic planning.
