Resumen
A business plan will be designed for the implementation of compact hydroelectric generation modules in small population centers (less than 500 inhabitants) of 49 municipalities that belong to the Non-Interconnected Zones (ZNI) of Colombia -- The compact hydroelectric generation modules are part of a line of business of the Austrian company GLOBAL Hydro Energy whose purpose is to propose sustainable solutions for the generation of renewable energies by leveraging the initiatives of the Energy Mining Planning Unit of Colombia UPME, which are the Sustainable rural energization plans or PERS -- Within the scope of the work, a summary will be made about the current energy policy and regulations in Colombia, highlighting that related to renewable energies or ZNIs will also mention the potential of the water resources of the municipalities considered -- At the end, the essay concludes the feasibility of the SmarT solution for non-interconnected zones in Colombia
