The value of remittances sent by Colombian residents in the United States to the Coffee Hub ranges around USD 278.6 million by 2015, from which approximately 15.5% is destined to payment of a loan quota for acquisition of housing and for the payment of the lease fee -- This shows that this niche market oscillates around $ 43.2 million dollars, giving rise to an important business opportunity, not only for the construction companies, but also for intermediaries in the process of acquiring housing -- Therefore, a company dedicated to facilitating and assisting Colombians in the United States to acquire housing in the Coffee Triangle, especially in these moments of high value of the currency, represents a business of high potential
