Propuesta de modelo de negocio sostenible para la empresa Ecoclean SAS usando la herramienta de Triple Layered Business Model Canvas

Abstract

Sustainable business models aren’t just a trend, they are a prevailing need that is addressed from innovation processes using different methodological tools. This research proposes a sustainable business model for a small company that produces and commercialize biodegradable home cleaning products in the city of Medellín, using the Triple Layered Business Model Canvas (TLBMC) tool, which is an extension of the canvas designed by Osterwalder & Pigneur (2010) towards the aspects of social and environmental value creation. The design of the value proposal is based on the client's understanding, executing a qualitative analysis of nine (9) in-depth interviews conducted with different consumers of household cleaning products in three identified market segments.
