Resumen
This paper proposes the fractional order model of a
cement rotatory kiln. The model consists of two parts: static and
dynamic. The static part depends on the energy balance and the way
how the heat is distributed around the whole process. The dynamic
part is obtained through the fractional method of identification, and it
shows how the process responds to changes in the input variables. The
input of the dynamic model is the output of the static one. The model is
validated using data from a real plant, two statistical methods: boxes
and whiskers, and statistical metrics normalized by fuzzy functions.
