| dc.description | Esta dissertação pretende reconstruir a trajetória das religiões de matriz africana pelo o reconhecimento jurídico de sua alteridade, estabelecendo a relação entre o racismo, intolerância e negação de direitos destas comunidades e resgatando as práticas sociais e políticas desses atores na proteção e afirmação de seu universo religioso. O racismo é apresentado a partir de uma reconstrução histórico-social, que procura compreender como se consolidou o dispositivo de racialidade/biopoder sobre o Candomblé, detectando os dois obstáculos ao reconhecimento jurídico destas religiões, o racismo institucional e o fascismo sócio-racial, refletidos na intolerância e violação de direitos relacionados a livre manifestação da religiosidade africana no país. Em seguida, retrata a emergência do movimento negro contemporâneo e sua articulação com a luta por reconhecimento das realizações de matriz africana, para apreender a ação política desses sujeitos e sua influência na redefinição da questão racial na esfera pública democrática no Brasil, e refletir sobre as experiências da comunidade negra enquanto práticas instituintes de novos direitos. Promove, então, uma reconstrução teórica e social da tolerância e do direito a liberdade religiosa, inspirado na proposta investigativa do direito achado na rua, suscitando caminhos para um multiculturalismo emancipatório como projeto político e teórico de reconhecimento da alteridade religiosa de matriz africana no Brasil. _______________________________________________________________________________ ABSTRACT | |
| dc.description | This Work tries to reconstruct the Aferican matrix religions trajectory for the legal recognition of its alterity, establishing the relation between racism, intolerance an these communities rights denial and getting back their social and politic practices for the protection and and affirmation of their religious universe. The racism is resent from one historic and social reconstruction that intents to understand how the racial/biopower device consolidated upon Candomblé, identifying two obstacles for these religions legal recognition, the institutional racism and the social-racial fascism reflected on intolerance and rights violation facing the African religions Liberty of manifestation. Afterwards, it presents the present Negro movement emergence and its articulation with the fight for the African matrix religions recognition to perceive its politic actions and its influence on the racial matter redefinition in Brazil democratic public field, and think over the Negro communities experiences as practices to institute new rights. At the time, inspired in the investigative propose of the “found in the street rights”, it proposes one theoretical and social reconstruction of tolerance and religious freedom rights, looking for the way for one emancipator multiculturalism as a theoretical and politic project for the recognition of a African matrix religions in Brazil. | |
