El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar la relación de la estrategia logística colaborativa basada en logística focalizada y los tiempos de respuesta del sub-sistema de manejo de ayudas en el sistema de atención de desastres de Bogotá y el primer anillo de influencia metropolitana de Cundinamarca, en la fase de respuesta inmediata al desastre utilizando dinámica de sistemas. Se parte de la caracterización del subsistema, identificación de recursos, actores y red de actividades, luego se realiza el diseño de las estrategias logísticas colaborativas construidas a partir de una jerarquización analítica (AHP) que permitió identificar los elementos más relevantes en la literatura que deberían hacer parte de estas. Finalmente, se construye el modelo dinámico para el subsistema de manejo de ayudas, se realizan las modificaciones necesarias para cada estrategia, se simulan las cuatro estrategias construidas para los cinco niveles posibles de emergencia, y se finaliza con el análisis de la relación entre las estrategias logísticas colaborativas basadas en logística focalizada con los tiempos promedio de respuesta del subsistema mediante análisis estadístico.
