Resumen
This project is based on the design of a business architecture for a load generating company belonging to the land freight transport sector, the development to meet the project objectives is framed in two large dimensions, the first dimension is composed of the strategic approach to a collaborative model and the implementation of a round-trip transportation operating system based on the PDCA cycle as a tool for good transportation practices; the second dimension is the integration of the same through a business architecture that aims to generate the strategic model for the management of distribution in the dispatch system in the company case study land cargo compensation, in order to optimize cost overruns in transport freight
The above allows an investigative and field work that diagnoses the current state of the company, a case study, where the dispatch process (loading, mobilization and unloading of goods), the project requirements, is also proposed, the parameters of the architecture baseline (AS IS) in its four domains determined by the TOGAF framework, Throughout the work some practices that work properly from the current process are mixed, those that do not reach an appropriate level of performance are improved, properly and some variations are proposed in the processes that if implemented that help significantly could significantly benefit the achievement of both dimensions that was proposed for this project
Next, the destination line (TO BE) of the aforementioned architecture is prepared that responds to the technological needs that the company currently has and that supports the process, in addition to increasing the quality and productivity of the service offered by the case company. study. Finally, the implementation of the pilot plan that integrates the operational model based on the round trip system and the collaborative strategic model based on the PDCA cycle as a tool for good transport practices is carried out. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of this proposal are detailed
