Propuesta de formulación de un sistema de Gestión Ambiental basado en la NTC ISO 14001:2015 en el Instituto IMETY en el Municipio De Yumbo

Abstract

This document describes the activities carried out during the period executed in the Municipal Institute of Education for Work and Human Development of Yumbo, and had as objective, the design of the Environmental Management System based on the NTC ISO 14001: 2015. The main activity of the entity is the provision of education service to the Yumbeña community. The Imety has 12 processes for its operation which are; Control and Evaluation Management, Human Talent Management and Health and Safety at Work, Information and Communication Technology Management, Management, Planning Management, Registration and Registration Management, Academic Management, Social Responsibility Management, Financial Management, Administrative Management Resources and Services, Document Management, Legal and Contracting Management. also, it counts on the services it provides with activities such as; General Cleanliness, Teaching in kitchen, Beauty and industrial Clothing. As the first step of the SGA, the initial Environmental review was carried out through the checklist and identify the environmental aspects and impacts and their legal requirements, which alllows knowing the current state of the entity. As a result it was obtained that the most significant impacts identified by the activities and services are; The consumption of energy, water, generation of solid and dangerous waste, generation of wastewater and consumption of raw materials. With the environmental management system, it is achieved through the programs and the action plan to carry out control and follow-up to these impacts
