Abstract

El presente trabajo corresponde a la memoria del proyecto “ARQUITECTURA DE NEGOCIO PARA LA EMPRESA DISEÑO & INGENIERIA S.A.S.”, enfocado al área Comercial. La organización ha estado en funcionamiento ya hace un tiempo considerable; sin embargo, la diversidad de fuentes de datos e información, cotizaciones de ventas no centralizadas, la falta de documentación de los procesos, la falta de normalización de la interacción entre los procesos, las actividades repetitivas, la ausencia de indicadores de gestión no contribuyen al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización, es por ello, que surgió el presente proyecto, con el propósito de incrementar su nivel de competencia y gestión de negocio. Para el desarrollo del modelo propuesto se tomó como referente diversos aspectos que se mencionan en los marcos de referencia de Arquitectura Empresarial de ZACHMAN y TOGAF. La metodología seguida se llevó a cabo en 4 etapas, (a) Caracterización del estado actual y procesos operacionales, (b) Definición de elementos funcionales, (c) Configuración de los elementos heredables de AE de ZACHMAN y TOGAF, finalmente, (d) Validación del modelo AE por medio de un modelo piloto BPMN (BIZAGI) e IDEF0.De esta manera se concluye que en el desarrollo del presente proyecto con la implementación de una Arquitectura de Negocio enfocada al área Comercial, se optimizan los procesos, la toma de decisiones con información precisa, optimiza la atención al cliente y permite la correcta alineación. Finalmente, se proporcionó métodos y herramientas necesarias para el diseño, planeación, implementación, aceptación y uso de una Arquitectura de Negocio que abarcó las dimensiones organizacional, operacional y funcional, sin dejar el uso eficiente de los recursos y operaciones para enfrentar la competencia en cuanto a precio, calidad y tiempo de respuesta

The organization has been in operation for quite some time now; However, the various sources of data and information, non-centralized sales quotes, the lack of documentation of the processes, the lack of standardization of the interaction between the processes, the repetitive activities, the absence of management indicators do not contribute to compliance. of the strategic objectives of the organization, that is why this project arose, with the purpose of increasing its level of competence and business management. For the development of the proposed model, various aspects mentioned in the ZACHMAN and TOGAF Enterprise Architecture frameworks were taken as a reference. The methodology followed was carried out in 4 stages, (a) Characterization of the current state and operational processes, (b) Definition of functional elements, (c) Configuration of the heritable elements of AE from ZACHMAN and TOGAF, finally, (d) Validation of the AE model by means of a BPMN (BIZAGI) and IDEF0 pilot model. In this way, it is concluded that in the evelopment of this project with the implementation of a Business Architecture focused on the Commercial area, processes are optimized, decisionmaking with accurate information, optimizes customer service and allows correct alignment. Finally, the necessary methods and tools were provided for the design, planning, implementation, acceptance, use and maintenance of a Business architecture that covered at least the organizational, operational, functional and information dimensions, without neglecting the management of changes. the efficient use of resources and operations to face competition in terms of price, and response time
