Diseño de un webcómic que relata vivencias de jóvenes con trastorno de ansiedad ubicados en la Universidad Autónoma de Occidente de Cali, mediante un protocolo de producción, año 2019

Abstract

The contribution of this project consists in the elaboration of a protocol for the production of a webcomic about anxiety disorder, an issue that needs to be treated due to the following: the growing disinterest in mental health in the city of Cali and the presence of the condition in some young people of the Autónoma de Occidente University. The research process allowed us to identify the importance of the webcomic as a didactic resource to represent certain topics, experiences and symptoms of this disorder through the use of narrative sequences and the use of graphic elements that make up the structure of this. The additional plus of the aforementioned protocol is the publication of a webcomic called LeAnsiedá, work that required a prior investigation of documents, the conceptualization of the disorder, the application of the biographical method and the graphic narration of what was experienced by the students, a provision that as can be done Note was from the theoretical generality to the particular experiences of young people. During the creative process the key elements were taken into account to adequately represent the experiences from the perspective of the disorder, a process that resulted in a graphic narration published on the Instagram social network, which was arranged through mini-stories told in the format of comic strips that represent specific events of young people under anxiety crisis
