Los materiales y las tecnologías constructivas de la vivienda de interés básica y social urbana en Puebla-México

Abstract

En este artículo se presentan los principales resultados de una investigación sobre la caracterización de la vivienda de interés básica y social urbana en Puebla, con referencia a los materiales y las tecnologías constructivas. Los objetivos que se persiguen están dirigidos al mejor conocimiento de dos de los factores que más inciden en su comportamiento físico, y la posibilidad de evaluar la dependencia o interrelación que tienen con la vida útil del producto que se obtiene: vivienda de interés básica y social. Los autores de este trabajo han desarrollado investigaciones en que han podido comprobar que los materiales y las soluciones constructivas constituyen dos de los elementos más importantes en la generación de patologías en el contexto de Puebla. Los elementos o variables objeto de caracterización fueron definidos a partir de los criterios de diferentes autores, y sobre todo de los resultados de una encuesta muestral. La definición de los prototipos o tipologías que puedan ser representativos del universo de la vivienda básica y social en Puebla, persigue el objetivo de poder profundizar en su caracterización y, en futuros estudios sobre los procesos patológicos que en él ocurren, poder determinar con mayor precisión las causas de las manifestaciones patológicas.

This article contains the main results of an investigation about the characterization of the basic and social urban housing of interest in Puebla with reference to the materials and the technologies of construction. The objectives which are pursued are directed to the best knowledge in two of the factors cause the impact in their physical reaction, and the possibility of evaluating the dependence or interr∗elation they have with the lasting time of the product that is obtained: basic and social housing of interest. The authors of this work have developed investigations that have been able to check about the materials and the constructive solutions which constitute two of the most important elements in the generation of pathologies in the area of Puebla. The elements or variables refereed to our concern were defined from different uthors approaches, and mainly the results of a survey. The definition of the prototypes or types that can be representative from universe of the basic and social housing in Puebla, pursue the objective of being able to go deeply in their characterization, in further studies on the pathological processes that happen to it, to be able to determine more precisely the causes of the pathological manifestations.
