Descripción: La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal el análisis del proceso de planeación estratégica del centro educativo de sistemas UPARSISTEM a través del diagnóstico del direccionamiento estratégico de la empresa e identificación de los factores que afectan dicho proceso de planeación para finalmente proceder a la formulación de estrategias que permitan mejorar y fortalecer dicho proceso de planeación en el centro educativo de sistemas UPARSISTEM. El desarrollo de esta investigación se fundamentó en trabajos investigativos relacionados con el tema, los cuales se tomaron como guía para analizar la planeación estratégica llevada a cabo en el centro educativo, así como también se tomaron como fundamentos teóricos a (Serna, 2008) y (Chiavenato & Sapiro, 2010) para el análisis de la planeación estratégica del centro educativo, (Palella & Martins, 2012) y (Hernández , Fernández, & Baptista, 2014) como guías a nivel metodológico durante el desarrollo de la presente investigación.
La metodología implementada en el desarrollo de la presente investigación es cuantitativa de diseño no experimental, tipo de investigación de campo con nivel descriptivo y transeccional, ya que basados en lo mencionado por (Palella & Martins, 2012), el problema de investigación es conocido y se desea medir su magnitud, sin manipular las variables de estudio, se observan, recolectan y analizan los datos tal cual aparecen en su contexto real y en un periodo de tiempo único y determinado. La población de la presente investigación se encuentra conformada por los estudiantes como clientes externos de la empresa y los directivos como clientes internos de la misma. La técnica de recolección de datos utilizada fue la encuesta. | |
