Descripción: El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general analizar la relación del sistema de trabajo y la incidencia de riesgo psicosocial en trabajadores operativos de una industria láctea de la ciudad de Valledupar. Se tomó una muestra de 75 trabajadores. La investigación es mixta, con un diseño correlacional y transversal. Los instrumentos de recolección de datos fueron: ERGOPAR, PARQ, IPAC, FANTASTICO, STEPS. Se analizaron los datos con el software SPSS. Los resultados muestran que hay una alta prevalencia de molestias a nivel espalda lumbar y manos con el 39% y piernas con el 35%. Los trabajadores manifestaron una frecuencia de “a veces y muchas veces” de molestia en espalda lumbar 52%, manos 40% y piernas 35%; de los que manifestaron molestia y/o dolor consideran que este está asociado con el impedimento del trabajo en un 37%. El 85% presenta factores de la demanda de la tarea. Los factores de riesgos ergonómicos como las vibraciones se presentaron en un 14,7%, y manipulación de herramientas en un 17,3%. El análisis estadístico arrojó que el tipo de contratación es la variable que más influye en la aparición de riesgos psicosociales, sin embargo, existen otros factores como riesgo ergonómico y condiciones de salud propia de individuo que podrían aumentar el riesgo psicosocial, redundando en la productividad de la empresa.CONTENIDO Pág.
