Abstract

El propósito del presente estudio fue determinar el perfil Laboral de Enfermería que requiere las instituciones E.S.E Hospital local de los Patios y la Clínica Santa Ana de la Ciudad de Cúcuta logrando describir las funciones que este desarrolla además de hacer énfasis en la seguridad del paciente, y de esta manera conocer las características principales que debe cumplir el profesional de enfermería en el ejercicio de sus funciones. La metodología empleada en este proyecto consiste en una investigación cualitativa porque con este método se analiza y enfatiza las cuestiones descriptivas e interpretativas de un ámbito sociocultural concreto, social y la educación, tanto que puede ser considerada como uno de los métodos de investigación más relevantes dentro de la investigación humanístico-interpretativa.

The purpose of the present study was to determine the Nursing Work profile required by the E.S.E institutions. Local Hospital of the Patios and the Santa Ana Clinic of the City of Cucuta; succeeding in describing the role and functions of the nurse and auxiliary with emphasis on patient safety, as well as checking whether in the academic institutions of higher education where future nursing professionals are trained, knowledge is imparted that contributes to the training and training regarding the processes of transfusion and hemovigilance of the patient. The methodology used in this project consists of ethnographic research because this method analyzes and emphasizes the descriptive and interpretative questions of a specific sociocultural, social and educational field, so much so that it can be considered one of the most relevant research methods within of humanistic-interpretative research.
