| dc.description | This work is entitled "Plan of optimization of inventory management system (raw material) for the company PROLAC" whose central theme is create a plan to optimize the inventory management system (raw material) for the company Prolac where different methods for inventory management system and thus recommend a method to optimize the processes are studied.
Because the company PROLAC shows that in the internal logistics of raw materials, shows a reduction in productivity compared to the capacity of the organization, which reduces considerable percentages orders, reflecting consequently lost Returns and raw materials that increase to overcome the due dates, which means you have to change inputs, this problem represents the company for delays in manufacturing the product.
The importance of this plan is to contribute to the organization from the point of view; it has a number of data and information that would enable PROLAC solve the problem described above.
Similarly, the plan proposed in the research contribute to obtaining better manage raw material inventory and greatly benefiting the organization, the industry and even the neighboring country, as waste management, efficient use of resources and market competitiveness.
Finally the most optimal to implement the business method is defined, describing its importance, qualities and methodologies, phases or steps that must be developed for implementation are mentioned. | |
| dc.description | El presente trabajo que tiene como título “Plan de optimización del sistema de manejo de inventarios (materia prima) para la empresa PROLAC”, tiene como tema central crear un plan de optimización del sistema de manejo de inventarios (materia prima) para la empresa Prolac, donde se estudian los diferentes métodos para un sistema de gestión de inventarios y de esa forma recomendar un método que optimice los procesos.
Debido a que en la empresa PROLAC se observa que en el proceso logístico interno de las materias primas, evidencia una reducción de la productividad del frente a la capacidad de la organización, lo cual disminuye los pedidos en porcentajes considerables, reflejando como consecuencia, las perdidas y devoluciones de las materias primas que aumentan por superar las fechas de vencimiento, lo cual implica que se debe cambiar los insumos, este inconveniente representa para la empresa demoras en la fabricación del producto.
La importancia de este plan es que contribuirá para la organización desde el punto de vista, en que se cuenta con una serie de datos y de información que posibilitarían PROLAC a resolver el problema descrito anteriormente.
De igual forma el plan que se propone dentro de la investigación contribuiría a la obtención de mejorar el manejo de inventario de materia prima y beneficiaria en gran manera a la organización, al sector aledaño e incluso al país, en medida de manejo de desperdicios, utilización eficiente de recursos y competitividad en el mercado.
Por último, se define el método más óptimo a implementar en la empresa, describiendo su importancia, las cualidades y metodologías del mismo, que se mencionara las fases o etapas que se deban desarrollar para su implementación. | |
