| dc.description | La teoría crítica de la sociedad jamás se encontró reducida a una única expresión. Bocetada en sus inicios por Marx, ha vivido continuamente en crisis y recomenzado una y otra vez, procurando ponerse a punto con los reclamos de la historia y las actualizaciones del modo de producción del capital. Esto se constata sobre todo al contemplar lo que acontece desde las décadas del cincuenta y sesenta del siglo XX, cuando las ortodoxias hacen explosión y se da paso a una era de mil (y un) marxismos. En lo fundamental, sería ésta una era aún abierta, en la que, desde distintas regiones del mundo, intelectuales y activistas han intentado renovar al marxismo, sin eludir la posibilidad de rebasarlo, y reescribiendo para ello su teoría, filosofía y política. Concediendo especial atención a lo ocurrido durante esta era en el mundo de las ideas de izquierdas, en lo que sigue se reconstruirán las principales determinaciones que posee el marxismo en tanto teoría crítica de la sociedad como así también su estatuto de crisis y recomienzo permanentes. | |
| dc.description | Critical theory of society was never reduced to a single expression. Sketched in its beginnings by Marx, it has lived continously in crisis and restarted again and again, trying to attend the demands of history and understand the updates of the mode of production of capital. This is especially clear when one looks at what has happened since the fifties and sixties of the twentieth century, when orthodoxies exploded and an age of a thousand (and one) Marxisms started. Fundamentally, this would be a still open era, in which, from different regions of the world, intellectuals and activists have tried to renew Marxism, wihtout avoiding the possibility of leaving it behind, and rewriting for that its theory, philosophy and politics. Paying special attention to what happened during this age in the world of ideas of the left, what follows will reconstruct the main determinations of Marxism as a critical theory of society as well as its status of permanent crisis and new beginning. | |
