| dc.description | Este artículo pretende ofrecer al lector un panorama general respecto de los temas centrales o troncales que se presentan en torno al delito de robo. Se pasará revista sobre el tratamiento jurisprudencial que reciben los puntos enunciados en el título que da nombre a este trabajo. Se analizarán aquellas situaciones problemáticas que tienen en la práctica mayor trascendencia, dejando al descubierto la disparidad de criterios que reinan en el tema. La idea de esta empresa no es convencer al lector sobre la conveniencia o no de una determinada forma de dar respuesta a las contingencias que presenta cada temática, sino que conozca el estado de la cuestión y pueda así decidir en consecuencia. Teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un trabajo que aborda la faz práctica del delito de robo, se acotará al mínimo posible el empleo de obras doctrinarias. | |
| dc.description | This article is intended to give the reader a general picture of the central themes or trunks which arise with respect to the crime of theft. It will be reviewed on the jurisprudential treatment who receive the points outlined in the title thatgives its name to this work. Will analyze those problematic situations that are most important in practice, leaving the disparity of criteria that prevail in the subject. The idea of this company is not to convince the reader of taking sides by a particular temperament, but that he gets to know the state of the question and can thus decide accordingly. Taking into account that this is a work that addresses the practical face of the crime of theft, the use of doctrinal works will be limited to the minimum possible. | |
