| dc.description | In this interview, Mela Dávila Freire recounts her experience in the management, organization and dissemination of contemporary art archives in institutions such as the Center for Studies and Documentation of the Museum of Contemporary Art of Barcelona and the Reina Sofía Museum. Through specific cases, she exposes the uses and tensions between the collections and the archives, as well as the challenge of displaying the documentary collections. The presence of Argentine art documents in public and private archives in Spain will be a strategic point to inquire about the reactivations that follow the collections, what the key pieces are and what stories are constructed about Latin American art. | |
