En el presente trabajo se analizan los aspectos más relevantes de la misma: el Acuerdo de Facilitación del Comercio, desarrollo y agricultura, para luego centrarse en el tratamiento de la problemática alimentaria y su recepción dentro del “Paquete Bali”. Se concluye con una valoración de la Declaración, con especial atención en la postura Argentina. | |
| dc.description | The Ministerial Conference, Bali (2013) includes the first multilateral legally binding agreement signed in the context of the World Trade Organization. It was the center of discussion and generated mixed reviews. In this work, the most relevant aspects will be analyzed: the Agreement on Trade Facilitation, development and agriculture; to then focus on the treatment of the food problem and their reception inside ‘Bali package’. It will be closed with the appraisement of the Declaration, with special attention on the Argentinean position. | |
