dc.description.abstractThe Trinidad and Tobago biennial Steelband Music Festival "Pan is Beautiful Three" begins with nine bands appearing in the first of the preliminary rounds. The Test piece for all conventional bands is "Cosi Fan Tutte" by Mozart and "Nocturne" in E by Chopin for Old Time Steelbands. The order of appearance for bands (including song, leaders, arrangers and conductors) is listed.
