dc.description.abstractCabinet has appointed a National Anthem Standards Committee to ensure that the country's national anthem is performed properly at all times. To this end Government will award a $250 prize for the best arrangement of the anthem. The public is invited to submit arrangements to be used by symphony orchestras, military bands, steelbands and choirs.
