dc.description.abstractAn Act to establish the Trinidad and Tobago National Steel Orchestra has finally been drafted and taken to the Parliament. Culture and Gender Affairs Minister Daphne Philips will introduce the Act. The main purpose of the act is to “establish a Trinidad and Tobago National Steel Orchestra Board to manage the affairs of the Trinidad and Tobago National Steel Orchestra which is also established by the Bill”.
