dc.description.abstractA mix-up by the judges has caused Carib Tokyo to lose the place originally given to them in the Panorama North Zone Competition. A recount indicated that Tesoro Starlift had more points which put them in front of Tokyo. Carib Tokyo not only lost their third place, but also the prize of $3,000.
