Further reports inform on the plans to restore Haiti's ousted President Jean-Bertrand Aristide to office and of the screening of Haitian refugees in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. There is also news on the death sentences imposed on three men charged in Cuba for terrorist activities and of the upholding of two of the sentences by the Supreme Court. The final segments inform on documents relating to the Presidential Amnesty linked to the attempted coup in Trinidad and of the regular absences from office of the Jamaican Prime Minister even with his lack of apointment of a deputy prime Minister.
