Pan in Court

Abstract

Pan goes to Court mere hours before the North Zone Panorama finals are held. A High Court Judge will decide on two writs filed against the Joint Management Committee of Pan Trinbago and the Carnival Development Committee (CDC) by Jet Age Valley Harps and WITCO Desperadoes Steel Orchestras. Both steelbands are claiming that there was improper adjudication at the zonal preliminaries.
