Estrategia de Gestión de educación ambiental en la comunidad Raúl Maqueira, Consolación del Sur

Abstract

ABSTRACT The concern for the environment has been present in the humanity for all the generations and the current environmental problems, they constitute one of the biggest political, economic and social concerns, depending its solution of the own human existence. The process of administration of the environmental education in the community Raúl Maqueira of the municipality Consolation del Sur showed asistémico, empiric and lacking of an integrative conception that promoted the participation of different actors in the mitigation y/o prevention of the environmental problems. Starting from the above-mentioned it was glimpsed as objective: To design astrategy of administration of the environmental education in the community study object that allowed of systemic and integrated form, the transformation cognitive and the participation of the actors of the community in the mitigation y/o prevention of the environmental problems. Theoretical, empiric methods and statistical tools were used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The developed activities allowed elevating the level of knowledge and commitment in the integration of the work of the community, winning in conscience and independence assuming in way participative the responsibilities in the realization of the different transformation actions proposed in the strategy. The strategy constituted a powerful instrument to achieve changes of the population's attitudes toward the environment, like an 114 Avances ISSN 1562-3297 Vol.19 No. 2, abr.- jun., 2017 p.112-125 indispensable road to brake the alarming deterioration to that was subjected, allowing the mitigation y/o prevention the environmental problems of the context.
