Educación ambiental del ecosistema Jardines de la Reina

Abstract

Las primeras evidencias de personas con intereses conservacionistas en la zona de los Jardines de la Reina, se remontan a lo descrito por el Dr. Antonio Núñez Jiménez en su libro Pedro en el Laberinto de las Doce Leguas, a las vistas al área del citado investigador, del Comandante y Presidente de la Republica de Cuba, Fidel Castro Ruz y de otras personalidades políticas y científicas; así como a los contactos de estos con los pescadores de este ecosistema durante las décadas de los años 60, 70 y 80 del siglo XX.
