| dc.description | Se describe una inclusión citoplasmática, intensamente eosinófila, altamente retráctil y de variada morfología en las células urinarias de los enfermos afectados de fiebre hemorrá- gica epidémica del noroeste de la provincia de Buenos Aires, virosis hemorrágica bonaerense o Mal de O’Higgins. Se anotan, por otra parte, las variaciones de su morfología en función de los estadios de la enfermedad.<br />
Esta inclusión desminuye cuantitativamente al final del período de estado para desaparecer definitivamente hacia el período terminal o la convalescencia.<br />
Se sugiere la utilidad de la búsqueda de esta observación en epidemias similares de otras partes del mundo.<br />
Este hallazgo refirmaría presumiblemente la etiología viral de la enfermedad. | |
| dc.description | A cytoplasmatic inclusión is described, intensively eosi- nofil, highly refractory and with varied morphology in the urinaries celss of the patients affected by hemorrhagic epide- mical fever of the Northwest of Buenos Aires Province, virosis or O’Higgins disease. By other way, it is written about the morphological variations according to the conditions of the sickness.<br />
This inclusión decrease quantitatively it the end of the state period for disappearing definitively toward the last period or the convalescense.<br />
It is suggested the utility of the search of this observation in similar epidemic in other parts of the world.<br />
This finding would ratify presumablely the vital etiology of the sickness. | |
