Abstract

To meet the objectives of the project will be applied the strategies of segmentation and differentiation of people due to the large number of inhabitants with needs of natural attractions in the Tababela area. The Orchid Garden will be constituted as a limited company having three partners at least. The first will have 91.07 percent shares, the second 3.44porcent and the third 5.50porcent. So that the initial investment amounts to $ 175,936.10, being 82.70porcent equity, that is $ 145,500 and the remaining 17.30 percent is obtained with external financing 5 years is 30,436.10.
