Análisis de la vivienda y su hábitat en el barrio Pinllocruz de la ciudad de Machachi, cantón Mejía, provincia de Pichincha

Abstract

La presente investigación procura determinar la existencia o no del Déficit Habitacional en el barrio Pinllocruz de la ciudad de Machachi; para lo cual calcularemos los dos componentes del mismo: Déficit Cuantitativo y Déficit Cualitativo de Viviendas, este análisis lo desarrollaremos en cinco capítulos. En el primer capítulo, daremos a conocer una breve información del barrio y algunas definiciones de las variables que utilizaremos. En el segundo capítulo, se desarrolla toda la metodología para precisar tanto el Déficit Cuantitativo como el Cualitativo. El tercer capítulo, está dedicado a analizar el entorno del barrio, en el cual se desarrolla la convivencia de las familias. En el cuarto capítulo, analizaremos el tema económico de los hogares para poder determinar si están o no en la posibilidad de solventar el déficit habitacional si lo tuvieren. En el quinto capítulo, detallaremos las conclusiones a las que llegamos, en relación con las hipótesis y los objetivos planteados en ésta investigación y describiremos las recomendaciones que formulamos para solucionar la presencia del déficit cuantitativo o cualitativo, en los hogares.

The present investigation seeks to determinate whether or not the existence of the Housing Deficit in the Neighborhood Pinllocruz, located in Machachi City, to which we will proceed to calculate both components: Quantitative Deficit and Housing Qualitative Deficit. We will develop this analysis within five chapters. The first chapter will be provided with brief information about the neighborhood and some definitions or concepts of the variables we will use. In the second chapter, the whole methodology will be developed to specify both quantitative and qualitative deficit. The third chapter is dedicated to analyze the environment of the neighborhood in which it develops coexistence of families. In the fourth chapter, we will discuss the economic issues of households in order to determine whether or not the possibility of solving the housing deficit in case they have it. In the fifth chapter, we are going to detail the conclusions we get in relation to the hypothesis and objectives described in this research and also the recommendations to find out the presence of quantitative or qualitative deficit in households.
