Implementación del Reglamento Interno de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, a fin de minimizar accidentes, incidentes y enfermedades profesionales en las y los trabajadores del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Francisco de Orellana

Abstract

Trabajo de investigación sobre Psicología Industrial, Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, específicamente Legislación. El objetivo fundamental: minimizar accidentes, incidentes y enfermedades profesionales, a través de la estructuración e implementación del Reglamento Interno de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo del Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Municipal Francisco de Orellana. El problema identificado: presencia de accidentes, incidentes y enfermedades profesionales, provocando insatisfacción laboral y rotación de personal, por tanto sanciones emitidas por órganos reguladores en materia de seguridad y salud. La hipótesis dice: la implementación del Reglamento Interno de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo logrará minimizar accidentes, incidentes y enfermedades profesionales en el GAD Municipal de Orellana. Se fundamenta teóricamente en el enfoque humanista de Chiavenato, que manifiesta que la higiene y seguridad en el trabajo son actividades estrechamente relacionadas, orientadas a garantizar condiciones personales y materiales de trabajo, capaces de mantener cierto nivel de salud de empleados; y legislaciones ecuatorianas que norman la prevención de accidentes y enfermedades profesionales; abordado en tres capítulos teóricos: Seguridad y salud Ocupacional; Factores de Riesgo causantes de enfermedades profesionales; Psicólogo Industrial y motivación en la Seguridad Industrial y Salud Ocupacional. Investigación correlacional no experimental. Se ha seleccionado una muestra de doscientos cincuenta y ocho servidores municipales, que han sido entrevistados, encuestados y observados antes y después de la implementación del reglamento, para valorar conocimientos sobre seguridad y salud. La conclusión general se refiere al cumplimiento de objetivos y la probación de la hipótesis de forma significativa. La recomendación: asegurar el cumplimiento de Reglamento propuesto.

The fundamental objective: to minimize accidents, incidents and diseases, through the structuring and implementation of the Internal Security and Occupational Health of the Autonomous Decentralized Municipal Francisco de Orellana. The problem identified: In recent years there have been accidents, incidents and occupational diseases, causing job dissatisfaction and turnover, adding to this the sanctions issued by regulators on safety and health. Hypothesis: The implementation of the Internal Security and Health at Work achieved minimize accidents, incidents and occupational diseases in the Municipal GAD Orellana. The theoretical foundation: Chiavenato states that the Health and Safety at work are closely related activities aimed at guaranteeing personal and work materials able to maintain some level of health of employees; And Ecuadorian laws that govern the prevention of accidents and diseases professionals; “abordándose” three theoretical chapters: Safety and Occupational Health, Risk Factors causing diseases; Industrial Psychologist and motivation in the Occupational Health and Safety. The methodology: non experimental correlational research. They have selected a sample of 258 municipal servants, by workplace, they have been interviewed, surveyed and observed before and after the implementation of the regulation. The general conclusion relates to the achievement of objectives and the proof of the hypothesis significantly. Recommendation: ensure compliance with Safety Regulations and Health at Work.
